I can’t do anything on my ConnectMed account and I used to be able to, what has happened?

If you used to be able to access services on your account and now you are unable to it will be because your practice isn’t added anymore or your name, date of birth or mobile phone number no longer match with your practice.

If your practice isn’t added you will need to add your practice, if you need to check your details on ConnectMed match those at the practice, please call your practice or start a ticket to contact the ConnectMed support team to investigate.
