Why am I not getting an email from ConnectMed?

  • Emails can sometimes drop into your spam or junk folder, ensure you have checked this folder and that ConnectMed is on your safe senders list.
 
  • Sometimes people move email providers and forget their ConnectMed account is still connected to their old email address, if you need to check this, try logging in with your old email and if successful update your email address online by following the instructions to change your email address. If you are still having problems you can start a ticket to contact the ConnectMed support team for help.
